Unic Press UK: Ayodele Fayose, whose tenure as the Ekiti State Governor lapsed today, has reported at the headquarters of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) for interrogation, wearing a T-shirt on which “EFCC I’m Here!” is written in bold.
Yesterday, I submitted a letter to the @officialEFCC, informing the commission of my desire to make myself available on Tuesday, October 16 at 1pm to clarify issues or answer questions on issues within my knowledge.

Fayose, who since September 11, 2018 intimated the EFCC about his intention to meet with the anti-crime agency today, did arrive the EFCC office in the company of many well-wishers, including the Rivers State Governor, Nyesom Wike and a former minister of aviation Femi Fani-Kayode.

Meanwhile the former Minister of Mines and Steel Development, Kayode Fayemi who was sworn in today as the Governor of Ekiti State, has announced that he would probe the administration of his predecessor, Ayo Fayose.
