Unic Press UK: Festus Keyamo, SAN, an apparatchik of the All Progressive Congress (APC) and Official Spokesperson for the party’s 2023 Presidential Campaign Council has sued Atiku Abubakar, the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) presidential candidate, and three law enforcement institution.

In the case registered as Suit No. FHC/ABJ/CS/84/2023, the plaintiff, Keyamo, prays the court to declare that Atiku has a legal obligation to submit himself for investigation purposes in respect of serious allegations that he used or uses Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs) to siphon public funds. Keyamo further prays that the law enforcement authorities named in the suit should invite or arrest, investigate, and possibly prosecute Atiku over the alleged crimes as divulged by his former aide, Michael Achimugu.
