Unic Press UK: Twitter management has approved “amnesty” for suspended accounts provided that the tweep behind the accounts did not break the law or engaged in egregious spam.
The decision by Twitter follows the outcome of a poll by Elon Musk in which circa 72% of the participants in the poll voted Yes that suspended accounts should be reinstated.
Musk emerged in April 2022 as the largest single shareholder in a $44bn deal and has been implementing a series of changes.
Should Twitter offer a general amnesty to suspended accounts, provided that they have not broken the law or engaged in egregious spam?
