Unic Press UK: Goodluck Jonathan, a former Nigerian president and the predecessor to the incumbent president Muhammadu Buhari, has held private talks with some apparatchiks of the All Progressives Congress (APC), reports Premium Times.
The parley had in attendance the Yobe state governor and acting chairperson of the APC, Mai Mala Buni, and some governors’ under the ruling party APC.
The full details of the meeting held in Nigeria’s capital city, Abuja, are yet to be made public, but Jonathan, a member of the opposition party, the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) had said earlier that it’s still too early to decide whether he would be joining the 2023 presidential race.
