Unic Press UK: The attorney to President Donald Trump, Rudy Giuliani, told the ‘Sunday Morning Futures’ of the Fox News that the legislative bodies in three battleground states, Georgia, Michigan and Arizona, have a constitutional ground to take votes on the electors who meet on 14 December.
“If any of these state legislatures change the electors based on their own analysis, of course that’ll be taken to the Supreme Court and the Supreme Court will have to decide if it was done reasonably, rationally, or arbitrarily, that’s the standard. In each case each one of these legislatures has more than enough of that to sustain the Supreme Court challenge,” said Giuliani.
Georgia, Michigan and Arizona are just a few amongst the several states’ the Trump team claim the degree of election irregularities are widespread to the extent that President Trump is the actual winner if/when the legal votes only are counted.
