Unic Press UK: Several warehouses where Coalition Against COVID-19 (CACOVID) aid – mainly food items such as noodles, sugar, salt, garri, rice – are ‘secretly’ stacked away have been discovered in various cities across Nigeria, leading to a massive theft of these items.
One of the warehouses raided recently by an angry mob is located in Gwagwalada, on the outskirts of Nigeria’s capital city known as Abuja. People carted away boxes of noodles, bags of rice, salt, sugar and so on.
Our investigations reveal that many Nigerians, including the residents in the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja, have yet to receive any CA COVID aid/food item(s).
It is still unclear the reason(s) behind the seeming hoarding of these items at a time of widespread hunger in the land and 51% of Nigerians currently living in extreme poverty based on a report of the World Data Lab, the publishers of World Poverty Clock.

Our leaders are irreedemably corrupt. They weaponise hunger and poverty, divert resources, repurpose the people's entitlement as miserly bribes for elections. They're criminally insane and beyond diabolical. #ENDSARS #CACOVID #basedonwhat Money Jagaban #CongoBleeding Frame 2 pic.twitter.com/D9KlgCbnac

While many other state governments hid their COVID-19 palliatives, Borno state Governor Prof. Babagana Umara Zulum, mni, shared his state palliatives to the masses. I pray for you today that, till your 3rd and fourth generation you shall know peace and tranquility. ❤✊#CACOVID pic.twitter.com/5IGh0HGSFG
