Unic Press UK: The acting chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), Ibrahim Magu, is not under arrest and was not arrested as earlier reported today by some media organisations, says the Commission’s Head of Media and Publicity, Dele Oyewale.
The EFCC's boss was neither arrested nor forced to honour the invitation. A member of a legal team from the EFCC is also with him on the Panel.

Mr Magu, 58-year-old, is a Nigerian police officer, who has been the acting Chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) since 9 November 2015.
