Rwandan Genocide Suspect Felicien Kabuga Arrested By French Police

Unic Press UK: Rwandan genocide prime suspect Felicien Kabuga has been arrested by law enforcement agents in France.

Kabuga, a key suspect in the 1994 genocide that caused the murder of circa 800,000 people, was arrested Saturday near Paris. He has been living in the suburbs in Paris under a false identity, the France 24 news reports, citing the French Justice Ministry.

During the genocide in 1994, more than 800,000 people of the Tutsis tribe and moderate Hutus were killed.

Most likely, Mr Felicien Kabuga would be arraigned in the International Court of Justice (ICJ), The Hague, Netherlands.
