Nigeria LNG Limited (NLNG), Vitol SA Sign 10-Year Deal

Unic Press UK: The Nigeria LNG Limited (NLNG) and Vitol SA have signed a 10-year LNG Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA).

The Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of NLNG, Tony Attah and the Global Head of LNG, Vitol S.A, Pablo Galante Escobar inked the SPA.

In a press release Tuesday, Vitol SA said that the executed agreement is for the “supply of 0.5mtpa of LNG for a 10 year term on a Delivered Ex-ship basis commencing October 2021.”

Pablo Galante Escobar said that Vitol is delighted to be partnering with NLNG and looks forward to further opportunities.

NLNG is an incorporated Joint-Venture owned by four Shareholders – the Federal Government of Nigeria, represented by the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation, NNPC (49%), Shell Gas B.V. (25.6%), Total Gaz Electricite Holdings France (15%), and Eni International N.A. N. V. S.àr.l (10.4%).
