Nigeria, Iran Would Set Up Bi-National Commission

Unic Press UK: Following a meeting Friday in Malabo, Equatorial Guinea between Nigerian president, Muhammadu Buhari and Iranian vice president for Economic Affairs, Mohammad Nahavandian, the Federal Republic of Nigeria and the Islamic Republic of Nigeria would jointly establish a bi-national commission aimed to promote trade, investment, agriculture and technology transfer.

Speaking during a bilateral meeting between the two countries on the sidelines of the 5th Summit of Gas Exporting Countries Forum, President Buhari said eulogized Iran sustained development.

In his remarks, Vice President Nahavandian said the government of Iran welcomes collaboration in several areas, including petrochemical, power, irrigation agriculture and industry, and counter terrorism.
