Terror Attack In London Bridge Leaves 2 Dead, Attacker Shot Dead By Police

Unic Press UK: A terrorist who attacked some members of the public today with a knife was shot dead by the Police.

The terror attack started at Fishmonger’s Hall in the City of London at about 13:58 hrs. The City of London police officers reached the scene within 5 minutes of receiving an emergency call.

In its initial statement, the Metropolitan Police said:

“Police were called at 13:58hrs on Friday, 29 November, to a stabbing at premises near to London Bridge, EC1. Emergency services attended, including officers from the Met and City of London Police. A number of people have been stabbed. A man has been shot by police at the location.”

The Police further said the terror suspect, a 28-year-old male known to the UK authorities as Usman Khan (10.03.1991), actually died after being shot; and two members of the public injured in this gruesome attack in the London Bridge area have tragically lost their lives. Khan, who lives in the Staffordshire area had been convicted in 2012 for terrorism offences. “He was released from prison in December 2018 on licence”, the Metropolitan Police said.
