Unic Press UK: A high-powered delegation from the Government of the Republic of Sierra Leone, which was led by the country’s Minister of Internal affairs, Edward A. Soloku, made an official visit Saturday, the 4th May 2019 to the factory of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd situated in Nnewi, Anambra State of Nigeria.
Speaking during the official visit that follows the visit to Sierra Leone in April 2019 by Innoson Group’s chairman Innocent Chukwuma OFR on the invitation by the Sierra Leone President, the leader of the delegation Soloku expressed immense delight at the state-of-the-art facilities at the factory, and invited the Innoson Group to come over to Sierra Leone to establish a company in the West African country. He also said that the Ministry of Defense, Police Department, and the Road Transport Corporation would soon place an order for Innoson-made vehicles.
The delegation for the Republic of Sierra Leone included top officials of the country’s Ministry of Defense, Police Department, and the Sierra Leone Road Transport Corporation (SLRTC), the Innoson Group head corporate communications, Cornel Osigwe stated Tuesday in a press release.
