Unic Press UK: A UK firm, Envisics has developed/tested a car dashboard that can display directions, points of interest as holograms, and other key information. The new tech was demonstrated behind closed doors at the CES tech show in Las Vegas, U.S., the BBC reports.
In a message Monday on LinkedIn, Envisics, which is based in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire, UK, said:
“Envisics is back from CES… Safer, smaller, sharper more efficient and adaptable. The proprietary technology is the culmination of many years of research and development from the Envisics team; we are pleased to say that the amazing reaction has made it all worthwhile. The BBC summed it up nicely: “That’s cool. It’s very cool.” It’s very hard work too. And that work continues at our laboratories as we work with automakers to integrate our technology into their next generation vehicles.
