Unic Press UK: A former vice president of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Atiku Abubakar, has formally announced that he will contest the 2019 Presidential Election.
Speaking during a rally organized by the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) on Saturday, the 21st July 2018, in the capital city of Adamawa State of Nigeria, Yola, the 71-year-old politician who served as the country’s vice president from 29 May 1999 to 29 May 2007, chided the ruling party All Progressives Congress (APC) for their poor performance.
Abubakar pledged to properly manage Nigeria by addressing the economy, security challenges, job creation and job security.
