Unic Press UK: Amnesty International has called on the Nigerian government to arrest and prosecute all those suspected to be involved in the ongoing killing of people in Nigeria, emphasizing that the Nigerian government has yet to make appropriate measures to end the incessant killing of its people in the light of obvious security lapses that create room for killers to attack and escape.
In a series of messages on Twitter, the renowned human right organization reacted to widespread killings by suspected Fulani herdsmen, saying: “If Nigerian government with all its powers and ample resources cannot trace, arrest and bring to justice the killers of #Plateau #Benue #Zamfara & others who can do it?“
