Unic Press UK: The South-East South-South Network (SESSNet), a group of Nigerian professionals, who are working towards creating a robust sociopolitical and economic union between the two regions, the South East and the South South, will hold their first International Conference in Owerri, Nigeria, on Tuesday, the 18th April 2017, the group said in a press release.
The coordinators of SESSNet, in a press statement, said the first International Conference, which will hold in Owerri, the capital city of Imo state, will have in attendance, many eminent personalities from all parts of the globe, discussing a range of issues that will rapidly advance the South East and South South regions, including:
- Inter-regional commerce.
- Economic integration – South East and South South economic blueprint.
- Fiscal federalism – devolution of power and regional integration.
- Sociopolitical cooperation.
