Unic Press UK: Mexican president Enrique Pena Nieto said his administration will not pay for the border wall being proposed by U.S. president Donald Trump.
Nieto expressed readiness to meet with Trump.
In a televised address, Nieto said:
“I’ve said time and again; Mexico won’t pay for any wall. “I regret and condemn the decision of the United States to continue construction of a wall that, for years, has divided us instead of uniting us.”
Trump’s response: “If Mexico is unwilling to pay for the badly needed wall, then it would be better to cancel the upcoming meeting.”
The U.S. has a 60 billion dollar trade deficit with Mexico. It has been a one-sided deal from the beginning of NAFTA with massive numbers…

Sequel to President Trump’s position that the meeting between the two leaders, earlier scheduled for next week be cancelled should Mexico decide not to pay for the wall, President Nieto said he will no longer meet Trump in Washington next week. Nieto said on tweeter:
“This morning we have informed the White House that I will not be present at the meeting work programmed for the next Tuesday with @POTUS.”
