Unic Press UK: The Nigerian Senate has urged the federal government to declare a security emergency in the southern part of Kaduna state following the numerous killing of innocents in Kauru Local Government Area and Jema’a Local Government Area.
Senator Danjuma La’ah (PDP, Kaduna), who tabled the call for a security emergency in Kaduna south contended that since 2011 armed herdsmen have been invading the communities in southern Kaduna killing innocents, displacing persons and destroying property.
