Unic Press UK: The reports reaching our office indicate that former aviation minister, Femi Fani-Kayode, who honoured an invitation by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), on Monday, 9th, is being detained by the EFCC.
Fani-Kayode arrived the EFCC headquarters in Abuja at circa 9.30hrs sequel to an invitation, which he received on Friday, 6th.
On Friday, 6th, Fani-Kayode raised alarm via twitter over the presence of EFCC personnel in his residence despite that he had earlier confirmed that he will honour their invitation on Monday, 9th.
Fani-Kayode is being interrogated over a range of serious issues, including criminal conspiracy and fraud.
