Unic Press UK: On Tuesday, 3 November 2015, the election petition tribunal sitting in Abia state capital Umuahia, upheld the election of Okezie Ikpeazu.
Alex Otti, the gubernatorial candidate of the All Progressives Grand Alliance [APGA], had petitioned the tribunal against the election results that was declared by Independent National Electoral Commission [INEC].
