Unic Press UK: A heavily armed soldier, who killed his commander and about 20 other people, and was on a rampage for almost 20 hours in Thailand, has been shot dead by security forces, the Global Times reports.

The gunman was identified as Jakraphanth Thomma, a junior army officer. He was a sniper and hooting instructor.
It was on Saturday that Thomma went on rampage, killing his commander, several soldiers, and members of the public, using weapons and a vehicle he stole/seized from his military base.
