Unic Press UK: The Governor of the State of California, Edmund G. Brown Jr., declared a state of emergency Thursday for two counties, Orange and Riverside, due to the effects of the wildfires, which is ravaging the area and has “threatened critical infrastructure, thousands of homes and other structures and has caused the evacuation of residents.”
