Unic Press UK: Georgia Governor, Brian Kemp and the Secretary of State, Brad Raffensperger have until Wednesday to respond to a lawsuit filed by former attorney to President Donald Trump, Sidney Powell, with regard to the 3 November 2020 election, reports Newsmax.
Powell in a lawsuit alleged that the State of Georgia had opposed the inspection of voting machines that allegedly flipped a switch in a manner that allocated actual votes for the President Donald Trump to the opposition candidate Joe Biden.
Prior to U.S. District Judge Timothy Batten ruling, the Democratic Party had filed a motion praying the court to dismiss the suit, accusing Powell of propagating “debunked conspiracy theories, wild speculation, and unsupported allegations of procedural improprieties recycled from other unsuccessful lawsuits.”
