The Goodluck Jonathan Station, Agbor, is among the 12 stations in the Itakpe-Warri route that stretches over 276 km, linking various major cities, such as, Warri/Ajaokuta. This rail line would serve many purposes, including a route to move iron ore from mines around Itakpe to Ajaokuta.
