Unic Press UK:Â Nana Akufo-Addo has been sworn in as Ghana’s president at a ceremony attended by many African political/business leaders.
He was born in 1944, and would be 73-years-ago next March. He is a major gold and cocoa farmer, who had previously vied to be Ghanaian president, failing in 2008 and in 2012.
Akufo-Addo has pledged to uphold the separation of powers, reduce taxes, revive the Ghanaian economy, protect government assets against theft, and open Ghana for wider business.
It is time to make sure that there is a true separation of powers in our arms of government. #Inauguration2017
