Unic Press UK: Judge Ibrahim Buba of the Federal High Court sitting in Lagos has ruled that the caretaker committee constituted by the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) on Saturday, the 21st May, is illegal.
The Judge ordered the Inspector General of Police (IGP) to restrict all members of the so-called caretaker committee from taking over the affairs of the PDP.
Judge Buba ruled that Ali Modu Sheriff is still substantive national chairman of the PDP.
