Unic Press UK: Rivers State Governor, Nyesom Wike, was at Aso Rock for a parley with President Buhari yesterday.
Our correspondent confirmed that Wike arrived Aso Rock at circa 14:00 hrs, and met the President behind closed door.
The purpose of the meeting is unclear as Wike did not speak with the media.
However, there is speculation that the meeting is connected with the political and security issues in Rivers State: The menace of Niger Delta militant group known as Niger Delta Avengers, wanton killings by rival political groups and rivalry between Governor Wike and the minister of transport, Rotimi Amaechi.
