Unic Press UK: A Rwandan genocide suspect Mr Felicien Kabuga has been arraigned in a French court, Reuters reports.
He arrived in the court premises on Wednesday in a wheelchair. The French court would decide whether to transfer this case to the International Criminal Court (ICC).
Felicien Kabuga, who was arrested Saturday near Paris by French law enforcement agents, is a prime suspect in the 1994 Rwandan genocide, in which, circa 800,000 people.
