COVID-19: Catholic Bishops’ Suspecting Plot To Create A One-World Government

Unic Press UK: There’s a letter signed by several Catholic bishops contending that the brouhaha over COVID-19 pandemic is a gambit by some powerful forces to create a one-world government.

The Catholic News Agency writes that the letter dated 7 May 2020, with the subject “Appeal for the Church and the World”, which was signed by several eminent Catholic Church leaders, including three cardinals: Cardinal Joseph Zen, emeritus bishop of Hong Kong, Cardinal Janis Pujats, emeritus archbishop of Riga, Latvia, and Cardinal Gerhard Muller, former prefect of the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith, reads in part:

“There are powers interested in creating panic among the world’s population with the sole aim of permanently imposing unacceptable forms of restriction on freedoms, of controlling people and of tracking their movements… The imposition of these illiberal measures is a disturbing prelude to the realization of a world government beyond all control.”

By this letter the many signatories to the letter are calling for a critical thought about issues that are related to this virus pandemic, but the Vatican has yet to make a comment, the CNA reports.
