COVID-19: Did China Conceal Severity Of Epidemic While Stockpiling Supplies?

Unic Press UK: United States intelligence community believes that the People’s Republic of China hid the severity of this COVID-19 pandemic while stockpiling supplies, the ABC News reports, citing a report from the Department of Homeland Security, which read:

“the Chinese government intentionally concealed the severity of COVID-19 from the international community in early January while it stockpiled medical supplies by both increasing imports and decreasing exports.”

The report adds that it’s probable that China had cut its exports of medical supplies before briefing the World Health Organisation (WHO) about the contagious nature of COVID-19.
