Unic Press UK: Thousands of people gathered Sunday night at the iconic Rabin Square in Tel Aviv in a demonstration called “black flag”, alleging a decline in democratic principles under the administration of the current Israeli Prime Minister, Benjamin Netanyahu.
Remarkably, the huge number of protesters strictly adhered to social distancing regulations in light of the COVID-19 by being 2 meters apart from each other.
The protesters accused the Prime Minister and Likud Party leader, Netanyahu, of destroying democracy in Israel. They also alleged that the Blue and White leader Benny Gantz is now part of the problem as he seeks to join Netanyahu in a coalition government.
