Unic Press UK: Israel Prime Minister, Benjamin Netanyahu says Israelis should eschew the traditional handshake greeting style, and adopt a no-contact gesture like India’s ‘Namaste’ or the Hebrew shalom as a way of taming the spread of infections like coronavirus.
Netanyahu’s valuable recommendation comes at a time of heightened anxiety over the rapid spread of coronavirus (COVID-19) to more that one hundred countries.
As of today’s report, the total number of infections in the Hubei province, the epicentre of the coronavirus outbreak, is 67,466, with 40,479 recovered and 2,902 deaths.
