Brexit: MPs Have Voted To Leave EU On 31 January

Unic Press UK: The Members of Parliament voted Friday, and a majority of the MPs stood behind the government’s European Union (Withdrawal Agreement Bill).

They voted 358 to 234. A majority of 124 expressed support for the EU (Withdrawal Agreement Bill) – a Bill that sets out the arrangements for the United Kingdom’s withdrawal from the EU.

The Bill passed the second reading on Thursday, with the UK prime minister, Boris Johnson emphasizing that the Bill would unite the nation. He said: The Bill will “reunite our country and allow the warmth and natural affection that we all share for our European neighbours…”
