Unic Press UK: The People’s Democratic Party (PDP) inaugurated Thursday its National Campaign Council, as it strategies on the General Election 2019. The inauguration took place after a meeting of the party’s National Executive Committee (NEC) in Abuja.
The 154-man list of the members of the National Campaign Council are:
- PDP Chairman, Uche Secondus – Chairman.
- Presidential Candidate, Atiku Abubakar – Co-chairman.
- Senate President, Bukola Saraki – Director General.

Speaking during the ceremony, the presidential candidate of the People’s Democratic (PDP), Atiku Abubakar said:
“Our aim is to work very hard and collectively liberate our nation from the shackles of hunger, starvation, deprivation, bloodletting, killings and division which bedevil us today. We must all work hard to return our nation to the path of harmony, peace and progress.”
