Unic Press UK: Judge John Tosho of the Federal High Court, Abuja, ruled Wednesday that the founder of DAAR Communications and TV network Africa Independent Television (AIT), Raymond Dokpesi has a case to answer with regard to a ₦2.1 billion fraud charge, which the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) filed against him, and struck off Dokpesi no case submission.

The case against Raymond Dokpesi is connected to the receipt of ₦2.1 billion from a former National Security Adviser, Sambo Dasuki, who has been in detention for more than two years for money laundering and the possession of firearms.
