Unic Press UK: The Nigerian President Muhammadu Buhari returned to Abuja, the capital city of Nigeria, on Friday after a three-day medical trip to London, United Kingdom.
I will be traveling to the United Kingdom tomorrow, to see my doctor, at his request. Will be away for four days; back in Abuja on Saturday, May 12.

Buhari traveled out to London on Tuesday for a medical trip that his aides had said would last for only 4 days, but it later turned out as a 3-day trip given that the president’s returned on Friday.
In 2017, Buhari, a 75-year-old retired army general, spent 105 days’ in the UK receiving treatment for an undisclosed illness.
President Muhammadu Buhari was sworn in on 29 May 2015; and his tenure ends on 29 May 2019. He is the retired major general in the Nigerian Army who became the country’s Head of State from 31 December 1983 to 27 August 1985 following a coup d’état.
