Unic Press UK: The Nigerian government apologized over its errors that led to the names of the dead being included on the list of Board members.
In a statement, the Senior Special Assistant of Media and Publicity to the President, Garba Shehu, said: “No human undertaking can be free of mistakes”, the News Agency of Nigeria reports.
Among the dead, whose names appeared on the list were Senator Francis Okpozo, who was 81-year-old when he died in December 2016, and Donald Ugbaja, who died on the 29th of November 2017, the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) reported.
