Unic Press UK: Imo state governor Rochas Okorocha named his sister ‘Commissioner for happiness and couples’ fulfillment.
Okorocha is not new to controversy. A few weeks ago, he unveiled the statues of two serving African presidents, despite the fact that both presidents have yet to make any perceptible, landmark contribution to the state. The statues cost the state government millions of Naira.

The appointee fired back at critics, expressing surprise over the reaction of the Nigeria people on her appointment as commissioner.
