APC Delegation Met President Buhari In London

Unic Press UK: President Muhammadu Buhari on Sunday met a team comprising apparatchiks of the All Progressives Congress (APC) who visited him in London, says the special adviser to the president on media and publicity Femi Adesina.

The meeting lasted over an hour, said Imo State Governor Rochas Okorocha, who was part of the APC delegation. Okorocha’s remarks after at the meeting included that President Buhari was very cheerful and in high spirits and had not lost his usual humour.

The delegation that met with President Buhari included: Governor of Nasarawa State Umaru Tanko Al-Makura, Governor of Imo State Rochas Okorocha, Governor of Kaduna State Nasir El-Rufai, Governor of Kogi State Yahaya Bello, Minister of Transport Rotimi Amaechi, and APC National Chairman, Chief John Oyegun, and several others.


Nigerian president Muhammadu Buhari traveled to London on Sunday, May 7th 2017, on medical grounds, leaving power under the control of the vice-president Yemi Osibanjo.

The president’s state of health is unknown to the Nigerian people. Nobel laureate Wole Soyinka had earlier called on the President to disclose his state of health because he is a public property.
