Unic Press UK: In a series of tweets, Wikileaks founder Julian Assange assured the people of Ecuador that any proven case of corruption in Ecuador will be published.
Assange’s assurance was a reaction to the statement of Ecuador president Lenin Moreno, who had cautioned the whistle-blower over making publications that will interfere in Ecuadorian politics, or in the politics of its partners.
Ecuadorians can be confident that if WikiLeaks receives evidence of corruption in Ecuador it will be published.

In any instance where there is a genuine legal barrier to me being the publisher I will recuse myself and my replacement will publish.

Finally, I note that WikiLeaks publishes from EU, etc not Ecuador. If CIA et al have a problem with press freedoms take it up with the EU.

Julian Assange presently lives in the Ecuadorean embassy in London; he has lived there since 2012 over fears that the United States and Sweden were working toward extraditing him to the U.S. where he is wanted for divulging classified government information.
