Unic Press UK: The leak of a memo “Immediate And Medium Term Imperatives For President Muhammadu Buhari”, which the governor of Kaduna State, Nasir El-Rufai, wrote to President Buhari on September 2016, might have unsettled the ruling party, the All Progressives Congress (APC) and the presidency.
El-Rufai’s scathing memo to President Buhari
Shehu Sani, a senator representing one of the senatorial zones in Kaduna State, said that El-Rufai is disloyal and disrespectful to the ruling party APC and to the president for the cunning way the memo was leaked to the public.
